Massillon Tiger Football Museum
Video Information
1936 to 2009
The Football Museum has stored in its archives a partial collection of coaching staff 16mm game films that were used to grade the players performance and analyze the games execution. All of the films are silent and most contain each play of the game in sequence. These films have been transferred to video and are available as VHS or DVD copies. The films start with coach Paul Brown (1936) and end with the current coach.
Video taping of the games with play-by-play radio broadcast audio was started in 1979 by the Booster Club Football Museum to help preserve the entire game and halftime band shows for posterity. VHS or DVD copies of all taped games are available with a few exceptions.
Professional film and video documentaries about Massillon football also reside in the Football Museum along with Special Productions made by the Football Museum. VHS and DVD copies of these documentaries and Special Productions are also available.
